Themed Teepee hire
Prices:
2-4 Teepees - £35 each
Additional Teepees over 4 - £25 each
Strictly one child per teepee.
Booking and deposit:
To secure a booking a booking form must be completed and a £30 deposit is required.
The balance of the full payment is due 7 days prior to the party date. A security deposit of £30 is required to cover the cost of any damages that may occur. This will be refunded in full upon collection of the equipment providing everything is in the same order as it was delivered.
Any deductions will be discussed and mutually agreed at the collection time.
Cancellations:
In the event you need to cancel your party, we will firstly try to find a suitable alternative date for you. Should this not be possible, refund will be issued as follows:
2 weeks notice - full refund of deposit.
1-2 weeks notice - 50% of deposit
Less than 7 days notice - no refund will be made.

EQUIPMENT HIRE
Each package includes the hire of the following items as standard:
Teepee with cover
Foam mattress & protector
Pillow and protector
Fresh bed linen
Themed cushions
Bed table
Lamp/lantern
Drink bottle/cup
Chalkboard name tag
Fairy lights, bunting and decorative accessories
Sleep mask
Small bag of sweets for each child is included .
None of the sweets we provide contain nuts. However, we cannot guarantee that they are made in a nut free environment. Please speak to us about any allergies and we will do our best to accommodate.
GLAM PICNICS
Our glamorous picnic hire is available for outdoor and indoor use.(Government guidelines must be adhered for indoor use)
Our glam little wooden table comes set up with everything you need for a luxury picnic. We offer a variety of style options and can provide bespoke tailored packages to suit individual requests. Picnics are available for 2-8 people.
Glamorous picnics can be added as an extra to any indoor sleepover party hire - subject to availability.
Picnic hire includes:
Low wooden table
cushions and decorative accessories.
Disposable paper plates, cups, cutlery and napkins are provided.
Bespoke/themed packages available (Requires at least 3 weeks notice). There may be an additional charge for Bespoke/themed parties.
£70.00 for 2 people and £5.00 each additional guest up to 8 in total. Plus a £30.00 refundable damage deposit - this is refundable after collection once the equipment is checked and found to be in the same condition as when delivered.
Bespoke packages are available but may require an additional charge.
Picnic can be added to any Teepee hire for an additional cost of £40.00 for 2 people each additional guest is £5.00 each.
