Cancellation Policy

You are required to cancel your booking 2 weeks before the date of hire. To receive a full refund of the paid deposit. 

Cancellation within 2 weeks of your booking with no full payment will be issued a refund of 50% of deposit paid.

Cancellations within 7 days of hire will not be refunded. However, exceptional circumstances will be considered and you may be offered an alternative party date that is arranged between both parties. 

In the event that we cannot set up your party due to adverse weather, you will be offered the next available date or a full refund. 

In the event that we have to cancel your booking, you will be offered the next available date or issued a full refund.
